Client/Location: Contractor is Al Khodari of KSA and the project is infrastructure drawings for 6 community housing projects outside Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to be used by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Project Description: This is part of an 800 million SAR contract awarded to Al Khodari by the Ministry of Housing in Riyadh to build infrastructure for 6 small cities in proximity to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. UCEB (Utilities) is responsible to produce a complete set of drawings for the infrastructure works for these 6 communities and the As-Built drawings which will be generated during the construction phase.
Scope of Services: Generation of such drawings will require many engineering disciplines to come to play like architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, roads, water distribution, sewerage system and drainage system.
